WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Merchandise purchased can be returned as long as with original receipt and unopened, sealed or has not been worn or used with in 10 days of the purchase. Must not smell like perfume or smoke and be in same condition as purchased. After 10 days we will no longer refund the merchandise. If merchandise does not have the original receipt you will be issued a gift card for the amount of the merchandise at time of refund. (If merchandise is on sale it will be refunded at the sale price not price paid without a receipt).
No return or refunds on gift cards.
No refund on services provided. Salon services you have 3 days form the day of service to contact us if you need it adjusted such as color or hair cut. After three days you will be charged full price of service to correct.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, We do offer both E- Gift cards and Plastic in store gift cards. No refunds will be given on gift cards and they can not be returned,
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We take all major credit cards( visa, Mastercard, American Express,) Debit cards, Cash, checks, Apple Pay and PayPal
In addition: If a check is returned you will be obligated to pay all return check fees with our bank and store of $50 and will no longer be able to write checks to Rejuvenate Salon and Spa.
